Privacy policy.

What we collect, why we collect it and how to get it removed. Short version: enquiry details so we can reply, one cookie to remember your theme, no selling of data to anyone.

01Who we are

Zentek Network is a digital engineering and innovation studio headquartered at Brij Anukampa Tower, 412, Church Rd, C Scheme, Ashok Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001, India, with delivery pods across Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Ahmedabad and Indore. For any privacy question, write to contact@zenteknetwork.com and mark it "Privacy".

02What we collect

  • Enquiry details you give us. Name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company and the brief you type into our contact form or send us on WhatsApp or email.
  • Newsletter email. Only if you subscribe to the monthly Zentek brief in the footer.
  • Career applications. CV, portfolio links and the details in your application for a role listed on our careers page.
  • Basic usage data. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate city, device and browser type, collected in aggregate through analytics.
  • A theme preference cookie. A single first-party cookie named zentek-theme remembers whether you chose the light or dark version of this site. It carries no personal data and nothing else on this site tracks you across other websites.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details through this website. Card data on projects we build always goes directly to the payment gateway, never through us.

03Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry with a scope, timeline and price — usually within one business day.
  • To deliver, invoice and support work you have engaged us for.
  • To send the monthly brief, if you asked for it. Every edition has a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To assess job applications and keep a shortlist for up to twelve months.
  • To understand which pages and services people actually read, so we improve the site.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not use your enquiry to target you with advertising.

04Data inside client projects

When we build or run a system for you, we may process data belonging to your users on your instruction — as a processor, not an owner. That access is least-privilege, time-bound, logged and revoked when the engagement ends. We do not copy production data onto laptops; test and staging environments use masked or synthetic data wherever the work allows it.

05Who else sees it

Only the tools we need to operate, and only for that purpose: email and document hosting, our analytics provider, our newsletter delivery service, cloud hosting for this site, and WhatsApp if you choose to message us there. Each is bound by its own terms, and none receives your data for their own marketing.

We may disclose information if the law requires it. If that ever happens on a client account, we tell you unless we are legally barred from doing so.

06How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects: up to twenty-four months, then deleted.
  • Client records and invoices: as long as Indian tax and company law requires.
  • Applications: twelve months, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
  • Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.

07Your rights

Wherever you are based, you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw consent for marketing. If you are covered by the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR, those statutory rights apply in full — including data portability and the right to object to processing.

Email contact@zenteknetwork.com and we will respond within thirty days. No account, form or fee is needed.

08How we protect it

HTTPS everywhere, least-privilege access, managed secrets, two-factor authentication on every business account, encrypted backups and dependency scanning on the systems we run. The detail is on our security page. No system is perfect — if something goes wrong that affects you, you will hear it from us rather than from a news report.

09Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we update the date at the top of the page and, for anything that affects existing clients or subscribers, we say so by email. Continuing to use the site after an update means the current version applies.

Still have a question we have not answered?

Send a two-line brief or a plain question. A senior from the delivery team replies within one business day — Monday to Saturday, 09:30 to 19:00 IST.
