Questions

Answers before the first call.

Sixteen questions we are asked most often — about scope, pricing, delivery, ownership and support. If yours is not here, ask it directly and a senior will answer it in writing.

01

Engagement

What exactly does Zentek Network do?

Twenty-five services in-house across five groups: build and engineering, marketing and content, payments and integrations, cloud, IT and support, and design, AI and data. The full list — with what each one includes — is on the services page. Anything not on that list, we will tell you plainly rather than learn it on your budget.

Do I have to hand you the whole project, or can I take one service?

Either. Plenty of clients start with one thing — a landing page, a payment integration, an SEO audit — and expand later. Whichever shape you pick, you get one accountable lead and one weekly written update.

How quickly can we start, and how fast do you reply?

You get a senior reply within one business day, with an approach, a team shape and a realistic timeline. Most engagements kick off within two weeks of sign-off; urgent maintenance and support work can usually start the same week.

Do you work with startups, or only established companies?

Both. Roughly a third of our work is early-stage product building and two-thirds is growth-stage and enterprise delivery. The method does not change — only the size of the first slice does.

02

Pricing & contracts

How do you price work?

Fixed price for well-defined scopes, a monthly retainer for ongoing build, marketing or support, and a dedicated pod rate when you need embedded capacity. Every quote lists deliverables, assumptions and a validity of thirty days, so there is nothing to decode later.

What does a project typically cost?

It depends on scope, but we will give you an honest price band on the first call rather than after a paid discovery. If your budget cannot carry what you are describing, we say so and suggest a smaller first slice that still produces something usable.

Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?

INR, USD, GBP, EUR and AED, by bank transfer or online payment link. Project work is milestone-billed with an advance; retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Full detail is in our terms and conditions.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes — yours or ours, before any commercial detail is exchanged. Confidentiality and data-handling commitments are also written into our standard terms.

03

Delivery

How do you keep me informed during a project?

One shared channel, one accountable lead, a written update every week and a demo on a real environment every second week. If there is nothing to show in a fortnight, that is the status report and we say it out loud.

Who actually does the work?

The senior who scoped your project stays on it until handover. Sixteen specialists sit across our Jaipur HQ and remote pods — there is no junior bench that quietly takes over after the pitch, and nothing is outsourced behind your back.

What do you need from me to hit the timeline?

Content and brand assets, decisions inside the agreed feedback rounds, and access to any third-party systems or credentials involved. Our timelines assume those arrive on time; when they slip, the delivery date moves by the same amount.

Which technologies do you build on?

React and Next.js, Vue, Node, Python, Laravel and PHP, Flutter and React Native, Swift and Kotlin, PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB, WordPress, Shopify and headless CMSs, on AWS or Azure. We pick from that list to fit your team, not to pad an invoice.

04

After launch

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, on payment for each milestone. Repositories, cloud accounts, documentation and credentials live in your own accounts from day one, so leaving us would be an email rather than a negotiation.

What happens after go-live?

A thirty-day defect-fix window is included on every build. After that, maintenance and upgrades are available as a monthly retainer with named engineers — patching, dependency upgrades, accessibility fixes, monitoring and small feature work.

Do you provide support outside Indian business hours?

Our desk runs Monday to Saturday, 09:30 to 19:00 IST, with out-of-hours cover for production incidents on managed accounts. We serve clients across 20+ countries and 8 time zones, so overlap is planned into the engagement, not improvised.

Can you take over a project someone else built?

Frequently. We start with a short audit of the code, infrastructure and analytics, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and then either stabilise it or plan a rebuild in slices. No lectures about the previous team.

Still have a question we have not answered?

Send a two-line brief or a plain question. A senior from the delivery team replies within one business day — Monday to Saturday, 09:30 to 19:00 IST.
